Monday- (zumba w/Mixfitz Studios)
Tuesday- (Zumba @ Golds)
Wed- (Body Pump- strength Building)
Thurs- (Zumba @ Golds)
Friday- (Body Pump )
Saturday- Boot Camp or physical activity with kids like skating, walking dogs, playing basketball
Sunday- Day off.....
Accomplishments- For the first time in my life I have kept up with my workout regimen majority of the weeks. There are some weeks when I miss a class or two. But I have NOT went a whole week without working out this whole year. Weeks when Im tired.... I still work out!!! When Im overwhelmed... I still work out!!! When Im not feeling good.... I still work out!!! And for that.... I am VERY VERY PROUD of my self. Also, the gym at Golds has added a kids Zumba class and I signed my daughter up. She loves it as well.
Failures- My eating is still out of control. Some days I do good and some days I am not. I love chocolate! I love ice cream! I love to drink on the weekends! Im still trying to figure out how to manage my diet, take care of my temple, without going on a diet.
Progress- Well.... I have a few pics to show, but the good news is that I FEEL GOOD! MY CLOTHES ARE A LITTLE LOOSE! I HAVE INCREASED ENERGY! ALSO, my stamina is way longer than it used to be 6 months ago. Also, I also I am still figuring everything out without giving up. ... So stay tuned.... I might not have everything all figured out right now, but Im still working on me. Lol.


**** No longer concerned about my weight in pounds, but HAPPY that I am no longer considered obese. Im still overweight tho....
